This policy explains what smelt.trade ("the Site") collects and why.

What we collect

• Standard web analytics (page views, referrer, device/browser type), if and when a privacy-respecting analytics tool is added. None is wired in as of this writing.
• Anything you submit directly, if a contact channel is ever added.
• Public on-chain data touched by the treasury and buyback wallet addresses shown on the Site, and any address you choose to look up on a block explorer. This is public by nature of the blockchain, not something we control.

We don't collect passwords, private keys, or seed phrases. The Site never asks for them, and has no wallet-connect flow: you watch, you don't sign anything here.

How we use it

To operate and improve the Site, and to understand usage. We don't sell your data.

Cookies and tracking

No analytics or tracking tool is installed on the Site as of this writing. If one is added later, this page will be updated to name it and describe what it sets.

Retention

Any analytics data collected in the future will be kept only as long as needed to understand usage trends.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. See Contact below.

Wallet addresses

A wallet address you connect elsewhere or reference in contact with us may become personal data if it can be linked to your identity. We treat it accordingly.

International transfer

This project has not yet designated a governing jurisdiction. The owner should confirm one with qualified legal counsel before the product goes live.

Children

The Site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

This policy may change; the current version is always at smelt.trade/privacy.
